Strength Properties of Concrete Having Marble Dust Powder, Calcium Hydroxide and Sodium Silicate

Abstract Marble dust powder is a by product of the marble industry, which produces it. Environmental contamination occurs when thrown away. Concrete using MDP was tested for strength after it mixed in as cement substitute to see how well held up. It possible replace up 10% concrete with and still have same degree strength. Higher amounts replacement (20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) result lower compressive Compressive may be increased 30 percent adding calcium hydroxide (C) sodium silicate (S). Tensile little impacted MDP. When added, flexural decreases significantly.
